Help While You're at the Live Tables

Questions can come up mid-session — a disconnection, a bet that didn't register, or a table result you want checked. Our support team covers Live Dealer Lounge issues specifically, so you're not routed through a generic queue when your hand is live.

Live Chat Reach our team through the live chat widget while seated at a table. Describe the table name and round ID so we can pull the session log quickly.
Account & Bet Queries If a live table bet shows as pending in your account history, contact support with the game name, time and amount. We trace it against the studio's server record.
Connection Drop Protocol A disconnection mid-hand does not void a placed bet. The round resolves server-side and the result posts to your account. Contact support if the balance does not update.
koinemas199 What Our Live Dealer Lounge Actually Has

What Our Live Dealer Lounge Actually Has

The Live Dealer Lounge on koinemas199 runs tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios Indonesia players recognise by name. You'll find No Commission Baccarat, where the standard 5% commission on banker wins is removed, alongside Speed Baccarat and multi-camera Live Roulette. Live Dragon Tiger Grand uses a single-deck format dealt face-up, making it one of the faster table games

in the lounge. Blackjack seats let you play a hand directly against the dealer rather than watching from the side. Every table streams in HD and the lobby is fully accessible from a mobile browser without a separate app download.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play and Studio Standards in Our Lounge

Every live table in our lounge is operated by certified studios — not in-house streams. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both hold independent audits for their dealing procedures and RNG-adjacent shuffle systems. We pass those studio certifications through to you without modification, meaning the same shuffling and dealing standards that govern their other operator clients apply here too.

Studio-Certified Dealing

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live use independently audited dealing procedures. Cards are physically shuffled or machine-shuffled on camera, not digitally generated behind a closed interface.

Round History Access

Every live table shows a road map and recent round history on screen. You can review the last 30-50 results within the table interface itself, not just in your account history.

HD Stream Integrity

Tables stream from fixed-camera studio floors. The video feed is continuous — no frame cuts between shuffle and deal — so nothing in the round happens off screen.

Account Security at Tables

Your Live Dealer Lounge session is tied to your verified account. Bets can only be placed after login, and each round is logged against your account ID for dispute resolution.

Live Dealer Terms You'll See at the Tables

New to live tables or just need a quick refresher on what certain terms mean? These are the words that show up in the Live Dealer Lounge interface and in dealer chat that real players ask about.

01
What does 'No Commission Baccarat' mean?

A baccarat variant where the standard 5% fee on winning banker bets is removed. The house edge is adjusted through a different rule on specific banker totals instead.

02
What is a 'Squeeze' in live baccarat?

A dealing style where the dealer slowly bends and reveals the card edges before showing the full card face. It adds suspense to each reveal without changing the game rules.

03
What does 'Road Map' mean on a baccarat table?

A visual grid tracking recent round outcomes — banker, player or tie. Common road maps include the Big Road and the Bead Plate, each showing results in a different pattern.

04
What is 'Dragon Tiger Grand' and how does it differ from standard Dragon Tiger?

Live Dragon Tiger Grand uses a single-deck deal where one card goes to Dragon and one to Tiger. The higher card wins. Grand variants may include side bets with larger payout ratios.

05
What does 'Bet Behind' mean in live blackjack?

A feature that lets you place a wager on another seated player's hand when your own seat is taken. You win or lose based on their decisions, not your own.

06
What is a 'Round ID' in a live table game?

A unique reference number assigned to each dealt round in a live table session. Used by support teams to locate and verify a specific hand or spin in the studio's server log.

Common Questions About the Live Dealer Lounge

These are the questions we hear most from people exploring the Live Dealer Lounge for the first time — or coming back after a gap.

The lounge includes No Commission Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, Live Dragon Tiger Grand, multi-camera Live Roulette and Live Blackjack. Studio selection depends on your region and account status.

No download required. The Live Dealer Lounge runs fully in your mobile browser or desktop browser. Open your account, go to the live casino section and the stream loads directly in-page.

Yes. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables include an in-table chat panel. Type a message and the dealer reads it on their monitor. Chat is moderated and monitored by the studio floor.

Your bet stands and the round resolves server-side. Check your account history after reconnecting. If the result is missing, contact support with the table name and the approximate session time.

RTP details are only displayed where the game studio or provider publishes them within the table interface. We do not display figures that the studio has not made available for that specific table.

After logging in, select the Live Casino tab in the main lobby menu. Tables are grouped by game type — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Dragon Tiger. Choose a table and the stream opens immediately.
